first time on the west coast and i love it. i want to move here already. i hate the state of texas. we drove for 48 hours straight to get here. i think we all went a little crazy in the van considering we didnt stop except for gas. met up with the trophy scars and hercandane dudes last night and played a show. basically, this tour is already fucking amazing and weve only played one fucking show.
hope all you guys are having a good weekend.

Packing is wierd in a house you've lived at for close to 2 years now. All the memories, the good times, the rough times, the crazy parties, and everyone who has ever walked in to the scurvy house. 12 fucking days left. Going through so much stuff and it reminds me me of so much shit. Ill be posting picturea of the parties and good times that have been shared in the house.
Ill be living at my guitarist's house as of the next week and a half and be there until we leave for tour on the 28th. Honestly good luck catching me before I leave I'm going to be soooo busyy. I love you all and ill see you sometime soon.
Cheers to the start of a new year. Should be a very rad year
Oh yah and if anyone wants to join me... I'm going to be in stuart and miami this weekend and I'm riding my bike up a1a to orlando on sunday. Should be really fun... I'm gunna span it out over 2 days or something so I can lock up my bike and pass out on the beach...

So its been awhile... Been back home for a bit. Much to say but I'd rather keep it simple. Moving out of the SCURVY house after almost 2 years here on january 20th. going to be on the road for close to 7 weeks across the US of A for what I'm hoping is going to be one of the best times of my life. Trying to stay busy working making money and buying myself thingas that I need such as my powerbook, an air mattress and my new volvo 240 that I bought from billy. Anyways enough of the bullshit how about some real newzz...
Despite her dirty feet, the fact that she curses more than I do... Lia behr and I are getting engaged before I leave. Its kind of random and pretty much awesome. Life is fucking crazy. I cannot wait for dale and channa to get married, I think about them and just wonder where time has gone to.

Red, green, brown, yellow are the colors I've been staring at with blank thoughts the past week. The colors of both alive and dead leaves growing off of huge trees in nothing but mountain covered territory. We've been all up the east coast spent some wonderful days in philly in the fucking cold ass north. Me and josh were able to spend time in new york city to bullshit where we spent a bunch of time drinking 40's and 3 dollar bottles of wine while wandering the endless subway systems. Met some rad people on this tour but I already want to go back home to spend time with people I miss. I misss my bikess so much.
Gahhh anyways. I need to get away from everyone and everything for a few weeks. I'd like to just go on an adventure by myself soon, I don't where or how but I know ill be riding my bike.
Get scurvy merch is done and ill be posting pictures of my prints and such this week. Until then.

alright guys, i leave for tour on friday. im doing a shit ton of get scurvy merch before i leave friday. you will have the opt to grab some shit up while you can. ill post pictures by thursday hopefully.

so wooooooo ive had a most interesting week. derrich and i started a thrash band called "BOAT" and stayed with me for a few days untilhis new apt was ready.
ok blah blah blah
so i went to jail on tuesday night for NO REASON at all. this is the story dating back toa few months ago to keep you up to par. i recieved 2 tickets and a written arrest from a douche bag cop downtwon that was basically harrassing me so i decided i was going to fight it in court. so i plead not guilty. the public defenders office sent out my suppeana to court out LATE and i ended up not recieving it until after the pre trial already happened.... so thus a warrent for my arrest was put out. i saw this happened and after not getting any of my calls returned after nearly a week i finally get a hearing to get the warrent "quashed". so i get it quashed on june 6th and the fucking clerk of courts(the lady who sits there and does all the paperwork next to the judge) didnt certify the quash and put it into the system....
so me and mark were riding bikes down south street going 2 blocks away from my house and a cop pulls us over for him not having a red blinkie on the back of his bike. he runs our ids and the warrent was still out. so i hung out in jail for 16 hours. anyways the judge said i as in there for no reason and i got out but a mere 16hours later. fucking faggotsssssssssssssss
anyways i jammed out with imperial and ended up becoming there new bassist.... so im going to be gone a while as im going on tour for the next 2 months all over the states. the new cd (which suprisingly is really well produced) comes out prob when we get back. im excited/nervous/what the fucking it right now. life is fucking nuts how it goes from one thing to another. oaisdfoaisjdf so anyways heres the tour dates.

so the memorial day house show went great. so much beer, so much music, so much fun.
seriously, if you didnt have a chance to make it out it was JAWESOME. sing alongs, a fence that held about 40 bikes and a fuck load of beer that made everyone stupid retarded before it was even 11pm. so enough with the babbling on, heres the pictures:
on another note, ive been kind of sad living by myself.... feeling uneasy and paranoid, and it surely doesnt help when my dog got stolen. i loved pabst with my life. i loved the way he would crawl in bed with me, i loved when you could tell how estatic he got when my friends were around. i loved when he would chew on my pabst blue ribbon coozies. its been a week since he went missing. and i just truely hope he is ok, alive and well somewhere. ive been crying this week over it and i cant seem to get him out of my head. i miss him so much. so pabst, although you have no idea what theinternet is, how to read, or even any idea how to get in touch with me, i leave this for you old friend. i love you so fucking much
